Note for script on 1st, 2nd 3rd line you need to create the folder at the fixed area. you also need the apple script studio from the apple developer cd

May i know which platform you are using Mac OS 9 or Mac OS X 10.3.9 ? and acrobat version is the Pro Version ? my script can run only acrobat 7 pro or acrobat 8 pro with mac os x 10.3.9 or above.
